I wanted to share a small note of thanks to you and your entire Masala Manger team for the great work you guys did for our H&PS Community Day Bangalore 2019 at the Whitefeather Convention centre on 14th June 2019.
The event as you are aware was our yearly event which had the entire Accenture Bangalore H&PS community participating along with a number of our ATCI leadership in attendance. I have been doing this event for 5 years now(including 2019) and I can easily say that this year event was by far ‘the best’ we have had so far. While there are a number of event elements which worked for us very well this time, it was the food & beverage which contributed the most to the success of the event. Our leadership team who were there and most of those who attended are of the same opinion as mine.
The theme for the event ‘ Namma Karnataka-Our Royal Heritage’ itself was a very special one and it required a lot of your expertise to keeping it live in terms of the food and beverage production and service for the event. I have to acknowledge the fact that your team did phenomenally well in ensuring this. The pan Karnataka cuisine you served for the day was authentic in taste and were rated highly by a lot of our local teammates and leadership alike. The Mysore Bonda, Kalangadi Hannina sippe Dosa, Hurulikaalu Dosa, Thatte idli, Jolada roti, Gasgase payasam, Halbai-to name a few, tasted heavenly and were a huge hit with all our people.
The dining area set up was done very well and it was indeed a pleasant surprise to see all your people dressed up to the event theme as well. It surely did add to the overall event experience. The energy of the serving team was very good and your manager on the ground did a great job in ensuring that all of it was a very well organized effort. Do convey my appreciation to him. He getting the lunch arranged at 12:00pm itself was nothing short of magic.
As promised, you ensured the quality and quantity were to compromised at all through the event and I sincerely appreciate your commitment towards that.
Overall, it was a great show and each and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed your food and hospitality.
