Our Story
Masala Manger was founded by Mr Rajat Kulshrestha in the year 2010 with a vision to cater to the flair of elegance with scrumptious food and impeccable service. His background of been an IHMite ( IHM Bhubaneshwar) has got the company started on a thorough professional foot from the beginning itself.
He created the company after almost a decade of work experience in acclaimed hospitality industries at senior management levels like The orchid Mumbai, The ambassador Mumbai, Sarovar group of hotels(ISB HYD), The Olive Beach Bar & Kitchen (Bengaluru).
Worked internationally in Disney cruise line Florida USA, a Walt Disney hospitality partner for almost 6 years. Over 8 years ago he took his expertise and turned Masala Manger Pvt Ltd into a Bengaluru based premium catering company. Under his able leadership and guidance Masala Manger, Pvt Ltd has catered across all segments and volumes ranging from 100 -6000 pax. Masala Manger has catered to destination weddings nationally as well as internationally –Dubai for premium clients.
Food and service is an art form in Masala Manger Pvt ltd and we strive to attain the perfection of this art form through sheer hard work, persistence, determination and to excel and provide the best experience to our valued guests.
SIMILA SAMDUP (Director)
A strong professional and the thoroughly self-motivated backbone of Masala Manger Pvt ltd.
Having passed out from IHM, she has a thorough knowledge of hospitality in all sectors. She has a work experience of well over a decade in the hospitality sector in various senior management leadership roles namely-The Ashok group of hotels(ITDC, Delhi), Sarovar group of hotels(ISB HYD), and internationally
has been a HOD in Disney cruise line (Walt Disney group USA), Managing staff from over 60 different nationalities.
At Masala Manger she is responsible for coordination, purchasing, staff management. Her creative ideas and suggestions have led Masala Manger Pvt Ltd to what it is known today in the catering industry.
RAJENDRA (Senior Manager)
Mr. Rajendra is what a pillar or foundation is to a building. He is one of the pillars of Masala Manger Pvt. Ltd who with his creative ideas and people management skills has taken Masala Manger to new heights. A hardcore catering specialist, he brings with him more than one decade of experience in the field of catering.
AMAR DHAMI(Senior Manager)
Mr. Amar is the second pillar of masala manger who with his vast knowledge of service has been the strength of Masala Manger.
He brings with him professional touch having worked with specialized restaurants like The Olive Bar & Kitchen Bengaluru and has bought about the same style of service and standards which the company is known in the market.
